• Simplification and improved readability of recurring code for all website types.

• Included startup scripts "start.bat" for windows and "start.sh" for *nix/mac.
• Fix for distribution que not starting all jobs in que.
• Fixed xenforo reply URL wrongly identified.
• Fixed SMF sitetype reply-to-topic not working.

Check your junk email maybe. There isnt a problem with the activation emails as far as I can see.

He has family to attend to, and real life, but whenever he has free time, he uses it towards this. In my honest opinion, coders are better off being let alone with software like this rather than pressured, it motivates them when silence arises.
