What is MonsterBot?
 MonsterBot is an automated bot script which will download selected releases via RSS feeds from the best torrent trackers or any NewsBin provider (UseNet) and upload to your desired file host with a varied range of customizable options and then finally post them to your WordPress blog, and to popular forums like Warez-BB, ForumW, TehParadox and others!

You can leech form any desirable source (torrent, UseNet/newsbin, FTPs) and upload to 10 file hosts, customize the post layout and finally post to unlimited WordPress blogs and forums!

How many uploads are generated daily?
It actually depends on the release category, i.e. whether its TV Shows, or Apps, Music, Movie, XXX Clips, XXX Movies and so on. All the torrents or .nbz files released under a particular category are downloaded. =)

How is MonsterBot different from the other scripts?
MonsterBot is an automated bot script which does all the work - right form downloading to posting it in the various forums without any supervision whatsoever. Hence, it is different form all the scripts in WJunction.


Can I buy the script?
 You can buy either of the two:
1) Monthly License - 30$ per month + 10$ one time setup fee
2) Lifetime License - 300$
Source code of the script will never be leaked. You can be rest assured about that fact. If you do not wish to buy the script, then you can go for the MonsterBot Regular Plans!



How do I run the script?
MonsterBot is now fully encoded and is integrated with a IP address locking licensing system, thanks to shubhank008. This means that all clients who wish to purchase the script will get the script in their hands and can run it wherever they want! They will have complete root access to their Virtual Private Server or their Dedicated server.

Using a Virtual Private Server or a Dedicated Server:

  • Perform a clean, fresh installation of CentOS 5 32Bit.
  • Email me the IP address and root password.
  • I shall setup MonsterBot within 12 hours.
  • You can then change the root user and password!

Using MonsterBot's Server(s):

  • Currently, I have 3 servers all on a 1Gbit line, USA and NL.
  • Each server serves a particular category.
  • Once you've bought the license, you can select the categories, and I can set MonsterBot up for you in my personal servers.
  • Cost of the server will depend on the category you select, and will be really affordable.

In How may servers can I run MonsterBot?
Unlimited servers. Please note that once MonsterBot is installed in 1 server, it will be locked and the script won't run in any other server. If you wish to change servers, you can easily do so by informing me!

Will there be a setup fee for every server you setup?
Yes. However, the first 2 servers are included in the 10$ setup fee for clients who purchase the Monthly License.
Clients who take the Lifetime License can avail free setup for up to 5 servers.

Will you compensate the days during which the script does not run?
Absolutely yes. Without a word.


What details do I need to provide?

^If what u say is really true then i guess ur actually doing a great job and ur quite honest. Just noticed one fact too. Ur thread does not have any refund policies. So IF u actually tried to make it work for marko and the issues were either accidents or just errors which were out of ur hands then instead of issuing a refund, ur extension offer is the right choice.

Sorry for doubting u but circumstances like these always tend to put more of the blame on sellers by default.

Regarding the price of ur script...put any price u seem fit. i didnt mean that ur script is cheap. what i meant is that i think coders like u shudnt rent it out on a monthly basis...makes ur work look cheap that way.

anyways hope u get some more sales mate.

I simply re-installed everything right from scratch. So I guess it solves the problem pretty much.

As far as I know Tata Photon is a dongle stick used to surf. But in your 7th point you mentioned you were on your mobile internet.

Also, as you said that the client dint had the VPS details so it isn't his fault as the VPS was hacked.

Just clearing my self out too. ;)

EDIT: By the way, I see you explained yourself quite clearly and if you are honest then there shouldn't be any problem. Lets hear it again by marko84. :)

Yes I too hope that my offer for extension is a fair deal.
About you doubting me, its absolutely fine. You were 100% justified and have made an unbiased decision. That is what I appreciated the most.
About renting the script on a monthly basis, it will help the interested parties to see how it works out for them, and then buy the script for lifetime. That's all.
However I shall keep your thoughts in mind when I make new plans for MonsterBot.

Yes you are absolutely correct. Its wireless as its just a simple plug and play USB stick. When I said mobile internet, I was referring to portable internet. I did not use the word wireless as it may refer to Wifi connections sometimes lol. Thanks for that.

Yep, I'm waiting for his reply too. The thing I like about marko84 is that he is not like the usual people who make a big fuss and swear constantly. He's a gentleman in pure terms.

Also, you do have everything to do here, your opinion is really important to me.

#3] That was the deal form the beginning. You do not get SSH access. FTP, HTTP and torrent client access is all you get.

#4] Try installing all the dependencies of a server and run them within an hour. I'll bow down before you.

#5] There can be errors by the script, all things can be solved and I have solved them. I am human, and mistakes can happen.

#7] When I said mobile internet I was referring to portable internet.

#9] Cron jobs are running fine. Uploads on the other hand run damn slow.

Please open a case in AlertPay and we can solve it there. I asked you to do this earlier too. Now its your call.
As for my offer, it still stands, till 19th June. Its your call.

Really? Then why wasn't the FTP setup? I fail to see how forgetting to setup FTP is allowing him to have 'all you get' FTP access. Forgetting is a common excuse. You fuck up, you admit. Don't give human error as an excuse. Just like if i murder somebody with a knife by accident i still get jail term right? (At least in my country) Same rules baby, you should make up for those 12 days instead of refusing the refund. (Extensions aren't really what pleases the customer, and since you're already at fault, you should actually do your best to make it up? )

If it's just Apache, PHP, etc or even transmission and you've got a high powered VPS it's doable.

IDK how this runs but, if uploads are so slow, why are you still promoting hosthatch? Shouldn't you be promoting something to the benefit of your clients?

#7] Agreed. Was too busy setting up the damn server. He already had HTTP user and pass, FTP was not made yet, and yes, I did forget.

#9] I have tried HostHatch. They're direct resellers of RapidSpeeds. One of the BEST VPS providers imo. 17-20MB/s upload speed in FS. 40-50MB/s in Uploaded.to
85MB/s in SCC TV Packs. Unmetered b/w. Need I say more?

marko was entitled to get ftp access and lots and lots of posts. U are inconstant about whether u gave him full (root) access or not. once u said u did and then u said that hes only entitled to get ftp access.

*Then U forgot to setup ftp on his server and set it up after 5 days,
*U setup the script wrongly and so he got 0 posts in the past 12+ days,
*U kept the root details to urself and since u were with the dutry to secure the server so it getting hacked is UR fault.

***ur making a little too many faults for a so called professional coder my friend.

marko invested total of 110$. he was gonna get lots of posts and potential earnings in 12+ days. Has anybody thought about this? no...this didnt even come to markos mind...dunno why he keeps askin for 50$ refund. He should get atleast 110$ refund.

investing 110$, getting nothing on time, everything delayed, nothing working, vps hacked, no posts, no earnings, and then getting refunded 33$. (PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS IN ORDER). WHERES the fairness in that? this place isnt like dp or bhw or warriors...This is wj....there are practically people here who know each other for years and years...and I know most people will agree with me on this...the above scenario doesnt seem fair

I myself am in markos shoes currently and in my case mraza is in kundus place....u cant even guess how irritating i can be. mraza never treated me like shit, he explains everything no matter how dumb my questions might seem to him...i never got a "fuck u...i got ur money now....go whine to ur momma" from him or anything even close. Professional conduct is not that easy a thing to learn mate. I suggest u do a full refund and put a close to this topic, ur mistakes and complaints against u. That will be best for ur thread. Coz if i were a potential buyer and i saw this fiasco...id run a 100 miles away from this thread at full speed.

btw please dont count my previous post as a vouch coz it had a big IF at the start so since the issues were not accidents and plainly ur negligence so any meaning it held is reversed bcoz of ur actions.

We worked out a deal. I refunded him. He did not lose a single penny. Both the parties are satisfied. Things did not work out very well, but I hope to serve him better in the future.
And you are right, being professional is not at all easy.

A couple points here, for you.

1) You're the seller. There's a simple 'rule' of thumb that providers/sellers generally agree on - the buyer is always right. Your job is to keep your buyers happy. And if you have an unhappy/angry buyer, you turn them into happy customers. Based on that, if marko was demanding a refund because he wasn't satisfied, instead of arguing further, you could have just refunded him. Sure, you would have lost some odd 50 bucks, but he would have walked happy and recommended you (on the basis of the fact that you're at least a professional/ethical seller) for anyone that was looking for services you offer. Instead you proceeded to draw this entire issue out. Not the approach a professional seller adopts.

2) Installing dependencies, etc is not a long drawn issue. It *can* be done within an hour if you want to. I manage and setup a lot of servers all the time. I've created a simple .sh script that'll execute repetitive commands on it's own. This takes care of 90% of the work involved. I suggest, if you haven't already, that you do the same. 5 days to setup the vps/server and install a script is very long however you look at it.

3) If you have root login to a server and your client who paid for that server does not, it is absolutely your responsibility to secure the server such that it does not get compromised. If it gets compromised, it is your responsibility to fix it or get it up and running ASAP. This is not the client's fault because the client has no access to the server.

4) If you're promising something, deliver it on time or before time. A few hours late is not excusable, and a few days late is just too much. It's grounds for a full refund, let alone a partial refund. (In case you didn't realize, I'm referring to the FTP issues here)

5) If your script does not work, you must fix it in a timely manner. Vacations or not, you billed your client for something you did not deliver on time. And time is all the more important where sensitive stuff such as pretimes, etc are concerned. Your client lost potential earnings because you delayed/slacked off on setting him up properly.

6) Asking your client to 'fuck off' is NOT professional. It is far from professional. Hopefully, you won't resort to abusing your clients in the future.

That is all I have to say. I am not being partial here. I am not taking anyone's side here. Everything I've written is based on what I've seen in the past few pages.

P.S: Never take on more work than you can handle. If you can't handle as many requests as you are taking, delay a few. Tell your clients to wait, and if you do that, do not ask them to pay in advance. You only have the right to charge your clients if you deliver them the service or can deliver it to them in a timely manner. And if you're going on a vacation, I suggest suspending your sales for the term of your vacation.
