Moneybooker withdraw problems

Hello
I have some money in Moneybooker account i want to with draw it but when i click on with draw he ask me for birth day but i don't know my birth because i forgot it i use fake birth day. and also i can't send money or buy anything because if i send money or buy something then he also ask me for birth day :'( i contact mb for changing my birth day but no reply can anyone tell me what i do now ? any other way to transfer money or with draw money thanks. :wub:

no there is no way you need to wait for there response

or you can change the birthday i think in account settings search in your my account area or read there faq

You'll have to submit documents proving your real Birthday otherwise say goodbye to your money.

Moneybookers are very slow to respond to tickets. Best option might be to phone them. They will then ask you to provide proof of birthday and they will change it. No problem. Will take about 5 minutes.

Moneybookers is one of the most controlled payment systems. I suggest you don't use it for illegal activites, and use it only with your real info. Things get messed up really quick if they suspect something.
