Its really really hard to monetize porn. Basically people just want free porn:p
I would upload porn videos to hotfilles and sites like that, let users to download it and earn money that way.

Not really. There are tonnes of ways to monetize like ppc, popups, pps and hell load. but it depends on the traffic quality. For eg if u have majority asian traffic then no good but US/EU traffic is gold
