That's not a plugin, its basically a variable in the vbulletin system.

There are a lot of them inside the vbulletin system and all you do is write them in your coding and it displays them..not sure about phpbb

Yeah i have seen them alot on vbulletin and also in MyBB there is a mod for that havent seen for phpbb..

looks like there is some issue. as on the users viewing the thread, its like there are showing more than the people even online.. it looks like there is a very big back log on that mod.
