Hello,

I need more details of this issue. We create .bz domains as alternative to countries that our previous domains blocked. If you can use .co then use it.
Since you blocked PM from me, then ask your user to tracert mixdrop.bz and sent me the screenshoot.

Yes we can use .co but the problem is, you make .bz the default in getting links.
So we need to edit one by one your links to changed from .bz to .co.
Can you help us by making .co the default domain in your system?

@MixDrop There is a subtitle problem on new uploads. I upload the subtitles but they don’t appear when playing. There is not such a problem in my previous videos. Subtitles on previously-uploaded videos work well. Can you check this issue, please?

Waiting for an answer at your pm's..
I really want an explanation in PUBLIC how other hostings pays better and are clear at their stats when you are not. Check your pm and answer me here, otherwise I will public my screenshots.
 
This has to be the worst video host I've ever used.
The UI looks like it was made in 2012 by a junior web dev. White background with gray text which makes everything hard to see. You are forced to use some Chrome extension to make the website more usable.

Even the buttons are hard to see. When you select a video the buttons will appear at the bottom right side, but they are almost the same color as the website background, which makes them almost invisible.

The player design looks like something made in 2005.

But the worst of all is that the captions you add to the videos sometimes work and sometimes they randomly decide to stop loading.

If you are thinking about whether to use Mixdrop, don't. You will just torture yourself with all their flaws.

I already explain in PM but you still dont understand at ALL, so what ever you said I really dont care anymore.
Find another host like you said month ago, stop trolling in here

I get that you are aiming for some sort of a simplistic design, but what you have is a design that hurts the user experience. You literally have gray buttons on a white background.
 
.to domain no longer working, please fixed.
We still need the .to domain coz remember way back,
embed link is using .co and dl link is using .to
so our earlier posts is still using .to domain.
