Megaupload is gone, but where is there Money?

As we know, as a buyer, we pay MU the money via Paypal.

Now, megaupload has been shut down :facepalm:

We customer cannot request our money back via Payapl because Paypal said: "we are denying your appeal because your purchase was for a virtual, digital, or intangible item, which is not covered under PayPal Purchase Protection."

BUT.... The money still in MU's PAYPAL account... X-(

Will all the customers' money become Paypal's money?

Just curious.
