Upload from PC works fine.
Also just now was able to upload a 341 Mb file using Remote upload.
I hope all the problems get solved today.

Also if i want payout other than my registered e-mail then where to send my Paypal email and when?

You and all other affiliates who are getting paid first time from MS please PM me your PayPal and MS registered email so that we make sure your payment on time.
