Making skin Fixed

I added skin from a couple of weeks ago.

It look good in higher resolutions but in lower it don't

So I want it appear centered like that all the cases.

But here it appear in resolution 1024*768 and lower like that.

Also it appear like the second screenshot in IE, what should be done to solve this problem

You can do the resolution changes by clicking Ctrl + Mouse scroll up and down to Zoom in and Zoom out.

In the CSS you should use a percentage width instead of a specific pixel.

Go to css and search for

#ipbwrapper{

You have to edit this.

It is fixed now as low as 950*930, I don't think there no one uses resolution below that.
