Lunching a new file hosting website, with affiliate program, HELP!

I am opening a new website for file hosting, with affiliate program that works with PPS, PPD.
I will appreciate your help with the following:

1_Can i setup google adsense on file hosting website, and how?
If yes: what are the terms i should follow to get approved?
If no: what are some good alternatives companies to adsense?

2_How can i get the perfect terms of use, privacy policy for my website?

1. By default no, but I saw some sites which use google adsense, but I dont know how they manage to add it.
2. Just check some similar sites and you will find all you need.
