upload still slow from netload!in kb's...yesterday in morning i uploaded in 10mbps!but today 450kbps maximum

bit better 600-700 kbps..but not mb's

still under 500kbps upload speed!whats wrong man?still upgrading?if so then pls stop upgrading it was way better two days ago
