I understand why you don't have affiliate program for new registerations automatically. But I don't understand why you use this thread on WJ to activate & not the contact us form on ur site ? I guess you have a proper support system & u must be checking the email sent via your contact us form then y u need to attend requests in this thread ? Try to ask members to use your site contact form instead, thats my humble request.

@ Wadibahi, i`m a new user and only using lumefile for the last 2 days. i `ve already tried every methods to upload from my NL RDP but always getting better result by ZOOM, so try it. (Though you`ll get slow speed sometimes because of its location in different continent.)
 
Hey, I just put a support ticket for my activation, but I didn't get an Ticket # in my email, well i kind of don't even receive emails from you guys for some reason.
