Looking for Video Streaming site/I have over 40k views daily

Hello WJ,

I'm looking for quality video streaming site for my videos.
I'm currently work with Exashare but the streaming is good but their servers quickly overwhelm.
I need a site that meets the following requirements:
- Upload via "remote upload" and via "torrent leech"
- Pay more than $ 10 / 10000views
- Allow embed
- Quality streaming is perfect
- Quality servers but not VPS
- No streaming limit

Videos would like published on the website, through which passes over 130k daily users (www.teevee.sk).
Here is a picture where you can see views of me videos (1202videos only for now).

non of the streaming site are able to pay that, but thing is video have to be streamed fully to get count
