Looking for someone to optimize Wordpress and IPB

I am looking for someone to optimize my wordpress blog and ipb forum. There is something wrong with it as it is causing high load on my server eventhough there is very little users. Heres a way to optimise wordpress:
Get rid of it.

lol but really, it is quite a resource hog and most of the slow crappy queries are required. Any optimisation made wouldn't be WP specific (e.g. cache proxy).
