It is better to put few dollars in good shared host instead of the free host that may terminate your account whenever they want and without notice.

I agree with DoctorX. Take a few dollars and invest in the site, it will make it much more worth it when your site is still online a year later as opposed to looking for a new host next week.

I have to agree with the paid shared hosting thing, for a few dollars you will have an all round better experience. That's what I got anyway.

I think only free hosting will give you what you want, take a look at Underhost is not free but they give a good and reliable service .
