Looking for offshore host...

I have an dedicated server from worldstream, but recently I received an email from BREIN and I make a decision to move my websites to a different location where I dont get this kind of problems anymore because of my warez linking websites.

I saw many members talking that Hong-Kong, Estonia and Sweeden are good countries to have this kind of websites. It is true? If yes, can someone suggest me a good host?

This is what I currently have in my dedicated server:

AMD64 X2 4850E+
4096 MB DDR2 RAM
2x 500 GB 7.200 RPM
4000 GB Traffic p/m

CentOS 5 64-bit
SLA 1
No additional traffic
cPanel Monthly License

Total ex. VAT: 96.9

Im also looking for a good shared offshore host...

The only thing is for dedicated servers is that they are pricey. A P4 3.0 GHz is about 90$.

I've heared that they are friendly regarding the copyright complaints like DMCA and they will not shutdown your server.
but i didn't use them before.
