I'm looking for dedicated server with following hardware specs or best possible match:

DELL POWEREDGE R320 SERVER
Intel® Xeon® E5 1410 v2
RAM: 96 GB DDR3 ECC
HDD: 2 x 600 GB SAS 15k
Hardware RAID, PERC H310
1 IP4 address
1 Gbit/s port
100TB Traffic
Guaranteed bandwidth: at least 400 Mbps
Unmanaged, CentOS 6 64bit
Optional: IPKVM/IDRAC

Your budget is very very less for the specification listed.

96 GB DDR3 ECC will cost you $200
may be, you should re-evaluate your budget

Can you leave a link to the France dedicated server? which cost 90 Euro!! Am not sure how the provider can cover the hardware price with that kind pricing.
