How many are you looking for?
What kind of designers are you after, web based? Signatures? Banners?
What's in it for those members?
Think of questions you would like to be asked yourself if you were a gfx artist and wanted people to recruit you.

gfx artist should be able to make movie and game covers.
will be treated as a team member,

project is based on 8 team members looking including (3 people from WJ or somewhere else).
