VestaCP pretty much covers your bases with WP hosting. Why do you need management for that?
You can probably get a good deal for this type of VPS and no management.

We are not offering any custom ISO installation or Linux other than Windows OS at the moment.
We may soon offer Linux+Custom ISO as well.

For now, Only our Dedicated servers allow custom OS.
