Hi all, I am looking for any site where I can post eBooks and audio books. I want to post on German sites, French and Spanish sites.

I don't want a site which is multilingual, So it must be only Spanish, only French and only German site. I have good upto date content to post in these languages but I dont't know any site with good traffic where I can post them. If you know any of such sites please help me out. Thanks
