I need a system where it can search and post scene stuff on various sites. it needs auto uploading.

themaCreator can create posts from files (with all uploading) [http://creator.themasoftware.com/] and themaPoster can post to needed forums / blogs at once [http://poster.themasoftware.com/].

There are no search features, but you can use any torrent client and some trackers RSS torrent feed.
