Seriously, imo, the worst thing a forum admin can do, is to beg for moderators & super moderators... Seriously, if you don't have enough members that can meet your demands, just wait, make sure your forum becomes a little bigger and then "mods" will come to you. It's moderators comes to you way, and not you look for moderators. IMO tho.
