Looking for a good programmer

Hello guys,

I'm looking for a good programmer, does anyone recommend me some?

My requirements:
- must be very good (cheap even better)
- must have knowledge of PHP, MySQL, AJAX, Webdesign, etc...
- must have good reputation
- must work fast
- must have icq or skype and be online in work days
- must accept paxum as payment method or an account on freelancer.com so I can pay

Anyone?
I have 3 pendent projects...

I don't get it....Why would you redirect a person to some other marketplace when he wants to work with someone on this site..
