Looking for a decent offshore registrar

I'm now using a shared web hosting service, and they register the domain name for me too.
I'm planning to use another hosting company, also another registrar too.
Since the new hosting company provide the VPS only. I've to find a new registrar by myself.
The current hosting company has a panel that let me to control WHOIS info, registrar lock and request EPP key. So everything is ready.

What I need now is a new trusty offshore registrar that won't scam me such as...
1. Charge me a large sum of $ for "Transfer-out" or "Transfer-in"
2. Not allow me to control WHOIS, registrar lock, etc. Or charge me every time I need to modify it.
3. If I bought ID Protection (that PrivacyProtect.org thing), then turn around to sell my WHOIS info.
4. Abuse my domain while parking
5. Charge me 5 years register fee, but actually register for 1 year

The reason I need an offshore registrar is because I want my domain name has a lesser chance of DMCA Takedown.

I use gandi.net, they have good terms of service and you retain legal ownership of your domain unlike many other registrars. They operate out of France.
