Dedicated Looking for a cheap dedi for hosting a website

So, I have a few websites currently being hosted on a VPS. Problem is that speeds are getting pretty bad:

My websites really don't get that much traffic, and CPU usage is usually at like 0.1. They're simple Wordpress websites.
So, I've decided that I don't want to be dependent on the other people that I'm sharing CPU resources with for my site speed, and the only way to do that is to get a dedi.

So what do I want/need?

1) The cheaper the better :)
2) Centos OS with Kloxo preinstalled
3) At least 100GB HDD
4) At least 2GB Ram
5) 100Mbit with 5Tb B/W at least.

This is for a long term buy. When I buy hosting for my sites I usually keep them there as long as I'm happy. I've been using my current host for more than a year now. Keep that in mind :)

1) I cannot order directly from Kimsufi. I think they don't sell outside France or something like that
2) I need Kloxo preinstalled. I'm not sure if Kimsufi offer that directly.
3) Like I said, the cheaper the better. I'd like to see offers. :)
 
Order the server directly from Ovh.com, i dont think they provide pre-installed Kloxo but you can ask anyone offering those services to install it for you for a small price.
 
Resources probably aren't problem but your poor optimization. Kloxo has a poorly optimized apache / php / mysql by default. High end VPS is always much better choice than low-end dedicated server due to the fact VPS Nodes normally run on fast RAID10 drives and quality enterprise hardware.

Just make sure the VPS provider is trusted with guaranteed resources, not oversold like many are these days.
