Purpose of spamming doesn't matter, it's still spam. So you better create a legitimate newsletter and provide promo emails. Otherwise, you'll face with suspension every time you send the spam and most likely you'll just waste the money.

Well, do you follow the correct standards when emailing?

You have to place unsubscribe links on ever email and manage bounces, complaints effectively.
