anyone can help me editing this logo ??

We want to write " WSniper! " and below it " Webmasters Community "
and make some effects on the hole logo ! if possible, like making a sniper zoom inside the cricle on left ..

its not paid request.

Yes u can do anything u want .. we need only to some effects on it ..
Like Sniper zoom in the circle on the left .. or something likw that ..
