After the announcement made by paypal I have decided to make alertpay as my basic payment sending and receiving host.I had 119.91$ in my paypal and I have withdraw 106$ and 13.91$ is still left (I don't want to withdraw full amount and leave my alertpay account empty).So I want to transfer 13.91$ to my alertpay account.So if anyone interested to help me please reply here.
