Litespeed or nginx?

Hey,

Currently on my personal box where Im deciding to go with either litespeed or nginx. Basicly which gives petter performance, ect.

Please post below which one and why :)

nginx, hands down. Litespeed is just a gimmick, created entirely to extract cash from your pocket. Checkout some of the benchmark tests on the Internet to compare Litespeed vs Nginx and nginx wins everytime.
 
nginx is definitely better. LiteSpeed failed to address some serious security issues in the past. They also charge people for support. It ruined them, LSWStech had much more clients/business a few years back. They have a nice admin GUI though.

On the other side, nginx is really great for everything you use it for - serving static content, serving dynamic content, reverse proxy shields, etc.

If you're looking for a GUI and a server that performs exceptionally well under high load, go for Cherokee. I use it on LulzImg and it's brilliant. It's beyond brilliant. Pity it isn't 'known' a lot, because it's a phenomenal server that can compare very well with nginx.
