El_j said it's not good to just ban user names because they might not be the same on every forum but now you can't be mistaken when banning these users!

I plan on making something soon that will make sharing this info easier. My last suggestion failed http://theviperfiles.com/test/ Elio and Hyperz didn't approve so working on something better.
