Updates:

  • New dedicated server was added for clients on paying plans. It has more features including Trendy Site Builder Premium. Any current client interested to move please open a support ticket.

  • More servers coming soon to replace existing ones that gave us many problems this last week.

  • New server with ffmpeg and lots of space for adult video hosting and streaming.

Every other day or 2 someone is using to much resources on the server this is so annoying you need to monitor things more

I have seen the mysql too many connection error 5 times today :facepalm: I should not being see this I am on a premium shared server someone is abusing the service and needs to be banned

When every there is a decent to major problems then your hard to get a hold of when there are no problems for 10 days to 2 weeks I can get a hold of you in about 90min this needs to change

I see this msg 4 times a day unacceptable I should only being seeing this error 2 to 3 times a month

You are the top user, the one that's using the most resources. That's unacceptable for a client on free hosting.
We have premium servers and never oversell.
 
I can assure you that we do not allow those kind of scripts on shared hosting servers. We are periodically checking for excessive usage of resources.
