It is already 3 weeks what videos wont work!!

Yesterday all my videos in processing mode came BACK to "Ok". I've waited for 1 week to convert them and this time is lost again. I really wont to wait another week.. It just doesn't work!

tell me when are you going to repair that it canot be so hard for you when it has already worked once before..

edit: On Customer Support I've written the question, admin has logged in and I said Hi for sure that I Am not AFK and he has just logged off without any answer.. lol What decent level is that?!
