Yes I do.. :/ And some videos won't convert at all or it takes a really long time..

Yeah, converting is not very good. It takes a lot of time if you need to convert more files.

views aren't counting properly.. all other video hosts are showing over 1,000 views per video daily.. even high traffic videos you count maximum 180-260 on all my videos combined..

The above mentioned hosts also only pay if video is over 50% watched..
