we make payments to paypal and alertpay only on Monday, in webmoney in 1-2 days, payments are made approximately 7-9 pm, Moscow time.



Ok thanks for answer. So I have to wait to next Monday for the payment via paypal.

All downloads are all working normally, but you can change the percentage only of a month after registration.

You didn't understand my question. I was asking about time when the files will be deleted. 30 days after download or 30 days after view too. I mean for example when somebody will download file 07.02.2012 and other person will view it online 06.03.2012. It will be deleted on 07.03.2012 or does view will extend life of the file ? :P I hope you understood now :)

FYI: About matter of bad converting, on technical support was told me this "There are some problems with servers. We will manage it ASAP"

30 days will be counted from 06.03.2012

Hi support, I know if I can have two accounts (without referring to each other), using different e-mail for registration, but using the same e-mail from paypal, thank you very much.

Currently you get 0 % from sales and 100 % from downloads.
As an experiment, we offer you to change percentage proportions.

when I click here it is a blank page
 
I uploaded some files in Remote Upload Page, in that page it show the upload is finished, but in file manager the files don't appear...
 
A lot of problems today with direct upload, remote upload, ftp etc... i can't upload anything, when i upload something, sometimes the upload not finish and sometimes upload finished well but when i go to my account the uploaded files not are there.

Same with remote upload and ftp.

What's the problem with the upload option?

Hi Shareflare, I have two question

1) Well for what did you say in my other question that you pay via paypal only on Monday at 7 - 9 pm (Moscow time) so I think I have to request payment on Saturday or Sunday morning.
I have requested my first payment on Monday at 00:48 am (Moscow time) so I have to wait to next Monday, but I have another payment to request.
Do you pay both on Monday?

2) I have read that you can't change your account type (I'm turba) so you have to create another account.
If I create another account with another mail to register (without referring to each other) Can I use the same paypal account and the same type account (turba)? Don't you ban for having two accounts?
