first of all i apologise for my english.
the reason i write is because i see a lot of discussions on fileshering and i see that people state that they upload to forums to make a profit , some also have blogs and other ways to "showcase" and promote their uploads so they can make more money.
and im talking about mainly warez and porn.
now...
it seems to be illegal , certainly to store copyrighted materiel on your server if your a file host, but i think also to provide links to downloads for cashing from it.
so how come a lot of people do it? are authorities dont pay attention to the blogs and forums and only after the servers?
maybe in porn case there is less attention to it because its porn and not the film industry?
or is it because the forums and blogs are located on offshore servers that us and other countries cant do anything about it?
whats the deal here?
