Learn to create seedboxes,RBP,VPS

I would like to buy a dedicated servers but i dont know how to split them
I would like to learn:

• split a dedicated server into several VPS
• split a dedicated server into several seedboxes
• split a dedicated server into several RBP

any one can help

I will learn that my plan

install a hypervisor.
e.g. VMWare ESXI, Openvpn, Xen etc.

read the specific manuals for them

You can Install some Virtualization softwares like XEN, Virtuozzo, OpenVZ and create VPS from them.

On my Windows Server 2012 I installed VirtualBox and then used those boxes as VM's (or VPS's). Maybe that's a tip for the beginner?
