This isn't the right way you're takling about.
Your browser's cookie conflict is not our side issue.
We always tested the issue in client's RL before replying tickets.
And our support team are always there to help you.

Also they provide proof.
And Our Support team told you to use Google Chrome or Apple safari.
Its your Cookie conflict issue, you have to check in other browser.
Plugins/Premium can be broken at anytime.
