Laptop Bettry DEAD ?

I Am facing this error when i remove plug from my laptop ... and my betry charging ends in about 30 Mins only.. is my bettry dead? should i really replace the bettry now ?? my laptop is 3 years old ..

you are so lucky dude, you are receiving 30 mins backup mine is just 3 mins :facepalm: as long as power cut immediately i will hibernate my laptop :sad:
