Since support seems good, the rest is downtime (saw many messages about downtimes), so i want to know if is possible get 3 webs (better if they are in different servers that use your shared webhosting service) which i will monitorize 24/7 next month.

We had downtimes on shared hosting in the past, due to overloaded server(mostly) and DDoS attacks(only 2 times). Since we upgraded the hardware, bought a SSD drive for MySQL databases and implemented our custom setup(FCGI/eAccelerator/nginx) the server is stable.

Can i use your server for Email-Marketing?

You can't send a lot of emails from our shared hosting. Mainly because it slows the server down and our shared IP might get blacklisted. However, it will be just fine on a VPS.
 
my current hosting(not at knownSRV) will expire this saturday,
i want to transfer to knwnSRV but i dont have funds yet but hotfile will pay my earnings on tuesday. would you mind if you will transfer my site to your server? and i will pay on tuesday?

btw, i will buy 2 different shared hosting for my 2 warez sites.. the 2.99$ plan on your shared hosting

but than again, if my cpu did go over the limit, and i've already paid for shared hosting for 4 months, if i transferred to a vps would the ongoing months count as a discount?

We always offer our clients upgrades to a VPS, or even a dedicated server. If you decide to order a VPS while you already paid for shared hosting, we'd refund the money in your billing account.

That is good but realtime monitorizing will give me more accurate details about REAL uptime, as i requested before, will be possible get 3 webs into shared hosting (better if are located in different servers) and i will evaluate the uptime bymyself too.

At this time we have only 2 shared hosting servers available. However, if you care about uptime I suggest you getting a VPS. Our VPS Nodes have 100% uptime so far.
 
Hey,

Everything is back to normal. We had network issues with our Alpen network. We had reported it to the datacenter and DC techs fixed it fairly fast. It was out of our control, the whole Alpen network was offline(including NetRouting, UnderHost and other companies on that network).

We updated everyone who opened a support ticket within a couple of minutes. Updates were posted at Twitter as well:
