Known again down

Did anyone know what's up with knownsrv?
Their servers do not work all day, i contact support, no one answers. :facepalm:

Yes it annoys me the most ... all of april have worked well, but now :S

I also searched for it for a long time, didn't find one.
I think, since they had the problems in march this year, knownsrv is not the same like then.

One strange thing I found out is: if I open http://shared01.knownsrv.com/~cpanelname , my page loads fine...

I don't know if it's allowed here to write down my page, but if I open http://shared01.knownsrv.com/~infinity my page loads fine.

If your page is also on shared01, I think it will work for you too if you replace infinity with the name of your hosting account, but there's no reason to open this page... :facepalm:

btw only the ip have changed i.e from 92.89 to 92.93 , I guess knownsrv didn't update the IP of nameservers.

Still no response. I guess we will not have our websites up before a week passes.

After the first incident in March I decided to stay with them, mainly because I didn't want to punish them unfairly because someone else had a beef with them due to competition, despite the poor guidance they have provided (especially poor for shared hosting clients) during the course. Clearly that was big mistake on my part and now I am disgusted by the regret of that decision.

@Kat where are you hosting your websites now?
