hello,

i paid for a vps server but i cant connect remote desktop whenever i tried to connect i get this,

Remote Desktop cannot connect to this server for one of these reasons.
1) Remote Access to this server is not enabled
2) The remote computer is turned off
3) The remote computer is not available on network

Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.


i opened a support ticket but staff is very slow nobody replied to that ticket yet

please help.
