We have 24X7 Support Staff, With atleast 2 Support staff online at a time.

Dj.IcE, its not a New Products which we are selling,
Its the same KS NW100 Plan, just with 300 GB hard disk space.
Hotfile download is banned.

I just bought NEW KS NW100 plan, but cant connect over Remote Desktop. It shows me black screen , and then closes. Created ticket #639663.
 
ordered a vps and first impressions -

1) Price is not 44.95$, payment gateway fees aply - so its 47.20$ in total (for a good vps - its fine by me)
2) VPS details arrived immediately, BUT vps is not working. shows black screen and then disconnects X-(

considering, that this is the most expensive vps/rdp product i have ever bought, i am very dissapointed. Sent a support ticket also, but i dont have much expectations that it`ll be answered any time soon. X-(

Hello
Your VPS was not activated (Paused State), hence you couldnt connect to it. I have now activated it, you should be able to connect to it without any problems.
