im from south africa but my client base more USA im tired of refunding people that a resell vps and i dnt get refunded so just want to try with a small dedi then go bigger as i learn

Being ovh does not have an official re-seller program, buying directly from them would be in your best interest. the .ie sites are indeed ovh sites.
