For the last few days my fboom files have been directly deleted without the ability to copy and restore them for another 90 days.
Hello and thanks for reporting this issue.
Please note that technical problems are best reported directly to support. On the forum, we cannot reliably identify the affected account or access the information required for troubleshooting. As a result, investigations often take longer than necessary.
By contacting support directly, you allow us to review logs, request any missing details, and work on a solution immediately. We can then follow up with you to verify that everything is working correctly.
You can contact us through https://moneyplatform.biz/support/tickets, by email at support@keep2share.com, or via Telegram: @MoneyplatformBot.

@Jeff_K2S Can you plese verify the status of ticket #674880
It's almost whole day without any news about the progress of fixing the issue

What happened to the purple bar that appears at the end of every Sunday? It no longer shows up for me.

An update regarding files deletion:
What happened:

• The files were deleted correctly: they indeed had not been downloaded for a long time.

• The deletion reason was incorrect. The new deletion mechanism used “File has not been downloaded” instead of “for 90 days,” so Restore stopped working for partners.

• The bug has been fixed. For deletions starting October 1, the reason has already been changed to “for 90 days,” and the label should disappear for them.

is most disturbing for me because it shows total lack of communication from platform owners to partners. It's not the first time the uploaders are suprised by the changes happening behind the scenes. I can understand the bugfixing but in such case there is huge amount of confusion and we are sent to support to report bugs that indeed are not bugs but features. Working here in such conditions is harder every day and in many cases the effort is not rewarded with profits. Something has to change on communication level, because even the persons receiving the reports have no idea of changes made in the system. That is huge amount of dummy work and burning working hours of many people without any reason.

@Jeff_K2S I'm asking you for the comment here as the Moneyplatform representative here on forum.

Am I taking with sense or we all should just shut our mouth, do our job, and ask no questins?

Hello! We’re checking each case separately. I think everyone who has encountered issues has already contacted support and either received a response or will receive it soon.

The overall statement is that there are certain problems with restoring some files. However, each case is individual, so there’s no point in making announcements to a broad audience — some of the information may be irrelevant for certain partners. There are communication channels with support, and support can coordinate with the engineering team. This is definitely more effective than discussing in the abstract what exactly happened to abstract files belonging to an abstract partner. It’s better to move from abstraction to specifics.
