wow i feel for you, is 1year accounts recurring? how could someone buy a 1year september 12 2015, then refund it 6 months later lol, seems like you can just buy an account, download for a couple of months then issue refund and you're golden.

or it could be that these 2 users bank started declining rebill/sale from filehost, i've noticed a lot of users complaining they cannot make purchase anymore from various filehosts, not sure whats going on but that could be the reason you lost the rebill
