When I request for more space. After 1 week, thay reply:

"Hello,
Unfortunately we can't add extra storage. Please delete files which does not bring any sales."


Very disappointed with supporter!

If we answer that it mean that you allready use big storage but your sales are low and not anought to pay your storage costs.

Added after 3 Hours 17 minutes:

Update about the 90 days recurring subscriptions in October!


October 90 days recurring are moved to November.
The reason: As you remember in July we had a promo, where we provided extra 30 days free when you buy 90 days premium membership, this is why 90 days rebill date moved one month further.


In November costumers will be automatically rebilled who bought 90 days in July and August.


30 days rebills will be charged as before.

one of the affliate account in keepshare which have good sales and traff last month
this month no sale from september 7th with traff is same as last month this account is surviving with only good rebills this account productivity scale drops 4 to 1
other affliate account has regular sales(good) but rebills poor this productivity scale raises 4 to 7

All billings work normaly.
Not see any gap in sales or rebills.

What can be the problem for some people can't download Fboom files with K2S premium?
It's working perfectly for me and majority of my site visitors...but some people are complaining that they can download fboom files with k2s premium.
What can be the problem?
