As per your official E-mail to webmasters, 10% of new sales should be added from frozen money starting from DEC 01, right?

But, I do not see any 10% of frozen money adding to my new sales.. I get everyday new sales but could not find any frozen money added to it... even I tried requesting my payout frozen money did not get added anywhere?
