I just got a response from keeload admin finally he said they dont have PPD now but they offer the easiest download page 1 click . He also said he never owned any filehost before and this template he just bought it .
Since there is no PPD at this I dont think I will use it . maybe I will put its links at my forum when it is ready if I needed my visitors to download easy download
