then they say my account only 7 years premium acct

then i say when i purchased it,, there show lifetime.

But I ignored it. A day later, when I tried to upload a file, this message appeared: "Error: not enough disk space on your account."

It’s been like this from 5 p.m. yesterday until 9 a.m. today. I still can’t upload. I tried changing my IP, but it didn’t work. It says my account is out of disk space.

Please help me check thoroughly to find out what exactly the issue is.

Using different browsers and different IPs for the upload still has the same issue. However, uploading to other cloud storage platforms works fine

I noticed that all the videos under "Recommend Video" in my account have disappeared. Although I didn’t add these videos myself, they were previously there. Also, the payment info in my account was originally set to Bitcoin, but it was changed to Alipay (which I have now reverted). It’s clear that my account was modified. I don’t know what changes were made, but now I can’t upload anything. Please identify the issue and fix it.
