It is either hrcid137 or hrcid22 who is abusing max connections in ZOOM on S07.

I managed to get 3 upload slots.

Conclusion:
Ban ZOOM or educate the users LEVAC....

Uhm, when was it? I just checked I'm loading fine (I'm connecting from North America) and there is really high BW usage but I was still fine browsing, loading windows and opening programs.

Have you try logging off your account?

Well its fine now, but everything( including rar/unrar) was crawling a couple of hours ago

Sorry, I've fixed it. Storage Manager was probably scanning the hard drive or something which used the read/write speed for itself (slowness). I've closed it.
